Whereas most shrimp turn pink after cooking, Key West Pink Shrimp start off a beautiful pink color and then turn opaque after cooking. With their sweet and mild flavor, they make a wonderful shrimp cocktail appetizer. They're also great in scampi and other recipes, and since they're already deshelled and deveined, all you need to do is pop open the bag and get going.
