INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Olive Oil
12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 25-30 min.
LET'S GET COOKING!
With a sharp paring knife, clean shrimp by making an incision ¼” deep along the outer edge of the back. Remove the vein with the tip of the knife and rinse shrimp. Thread the shrimp with the skewers to keep them straight during grilling.
In a small bowl, Mix olive oil, Seafood seasoning and brush the shrimp with the seasoned oil.
Preheat a grill over medium high heat. Place shrimp skewers and cook 2 min. per side until slightly charred. Let rest for 2 minutes, remove from skewer and serve with your favorite side.
*USDA recommends cooking seafood until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.
