LET'S GET COOKING!
In a 12-quart saucepot or soup kettle heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and 10 garlic cubes, stir, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cut sausage into 1- inch rounds and add to pot. Add one tablespoon of salt and pepper seasoning and four tablespoons of Best of the Bay. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add 3 quarts of water, increase the heat to high and bring to a boil.
Add corn and potatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add shrimp, seafood mix, snow crab clusters and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise, add to pot and cook for one to two minutes. Add crawfish and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Check broth for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper or Best of the Bay to taste.
