Chorizo is probably the best-known of all Spanish sausages. Spanish chorizo is made from coarsely chopped pork and pork fat that's seasoned with garlic, pimentón – a smoked paprika – and salt. This version is ground for easily adding it to any number of recipes. Try it sautéed with rice or potatoes, or as part of a bold Latin American-inspired breakfast. It can also be cooked and served in small bites as a great appetizer. (Note: many chorizos are sold precooked, but this product is raw.)
