UPDATE REGARDING NEXT-DAY AIR DELIVERY

We appreciate you as a loyal Wild Fork customer. We want to inform you of an important update regarding delivery availability in certain areas. 

Over the past few years, we've been proud to offer home delivery across nearly the entire continental United States. Seeing our Wild Fork community grow and knowing our products have been part of your special moments with family and friends has been truly rewarding. 

Due to rising operational costs, maintaining affordable delivery service to certain areas has become increasingly challenging. Next-Day Air delivery comes with much higher costs for our customers, and that goes against our commitment to offering high-quality products at a great value.

After careful consideration, we had to make the difficult decision to discontinue delivery service to a small group of select areas currently serviced exclusively through UPS Next-Day Air as of March 14th.

Meanwhile, we continue to invest in improving our delivery services and hope to bring them back to these areas in the future. 

Even if you live in an affected area, you can still enjoy our products when travelling or if you have alternative shipping addresses located within our local delivery network — simply enter the zip code on our website to check availability. Also, gifting Wild Fork to friends and family across the country remains easy and convenient in most areas.  

WHY AM I SEEING THIS UPDATE?

Our records indicate that within the past 12 months, you placed an order delivered to a zip code that is currently serviced exclusively by UPS Next-Day Air.
