Tuscan Barramundi with One Bite Potatoes and Green Beans

2 Tbs. Olive Oil
Preheat oven 400 F. Spray or brush a sheet pan with oil. Place Barramundi fillets on the sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes.
While fish is in the oven, heat the one-bite potatoes according to package.
Heat the green beans over boiling water or steamer. Drain and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve fish on a plate with potatoes and green beans on the side.
USDA recommends cooking seafood until internal temperature reaches 145 °F
