INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

LET'S GET COOKING!
1) Brown ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat, 6-8 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks; drain excess liquid if needed.
2) Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
3) Add cooked rice, corn, black beans, and salsa; stir to combine.
4) Simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
5) Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top, cover, and cook 2 minutes until melted. Serve.
