Top Sirloin Thin Steak with Caramelized Red Onions

Our thin steaks bring all the bold taste expected from sirloin, in a quick-cooking size, for a delicious dinner even on the busiest of nights.
For Steaks:
1 Tbsp. Light Olive Oil
WFF Granulated Garlic, to taste
WFF Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, to taste
For Caramelized Red Onions:
1 Large Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Butter
Season steaks with Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, granulated garlic and olive oil. Heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Grill or pan sear steaks quickly for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.*
In a medium sized saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add sliced red onions and cook, stirring often until caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve steaks with red onions on the side.
*USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
