Top Sirloin Steak with Radicchio and Dill Dressing
World class meets great value with this kingly steak. Paired with a light raddicchio radicchio salad for a five-star meal!

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. WFF Granulated Garlic 
- 1 Tbsp. Light Olive Oil 
- WFF Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, to taste 
Salad:
- 1 Head of Fresh Radicchio 
- 1 Head Green Leaf Lettuce 
- ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
- Fresh Dill 
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 
LET'S GET COOKING!
- Season steaks with salt and pepper, granulated garlic and olive oil. Heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Grill or pan sear steaks quickly for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.* 
- Tear in large pieces the radicchio and green lettuce leaves. Wash and dry with paper towel. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, fresh dill sprigs, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. 
- Serve with steaks on the side. 
*USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
