LET'S GET COOKING!
Pressure Cooker:
Place all ingredients in the pot except for water chestnuts, broccoli, scallions and sesame seeds. Stir with a spoon. Lock according to manufacturer’s directions. Pressure cook on high for a total of 5 minutes.
Release the steam by turning valve away from you. Once steam coming out of pressure valve subsides, open lid.
Add broccoli florets and chestnuts and place on “saute” mode. Stir until hot and serve with scallions and sesame seeds on top.
Stove Top:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over high heat. Season beef tips with Asian Rub and stir fry in the skillet until brown on all sides.
Add sesame oil, ginger, chili pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce and stir fry for one minute. Add chestnuts, broccoli and some demi-glace. Stir until hot and serve with scallions and sesame seeds on top.
