Pork Ribs with Smoked Pecan Rub
This rib recipe is made with a dry rub that’s easy to pull together. Start with a smoked pecan rub and enhance it with sugar, garlic and other spices. These ribs come out of the oven with a sweet-smoky flavor that’s hard to resist.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbs Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Thyme, dried
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Tbs Olive Oil
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove thin membrane on the back of ribs by loosening with the tip of a sharp knife and pulling it off. Discard.
Brush ribs with olive oil on both sides. In a medium bowl mix all dry seasonings until evenly combined. Rub on both sides of ribs. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Place ribs on pan and cover with foil. Bake 90 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and set oven to Broil. Broil ribs for 6-8 minutes until golden and some char begins to appear.
Remove ribs from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice into individual ribs and serve.
