1 ½ tsp. Fresh Thyme, chopped
WFF Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
Light Olive Oil
Preheat grill or pan to medium-high temperature. If using a pan, add 1 tsp. olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix seasonings together. Coat New York Strip Steaks lightly with olive oil and season both sides with seasoning. Sprinkle Himalayan Pink salt and thyme on top.
Place steaks on the grill or pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.*
Remove from grill, tent with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve.
*USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
