1 TBS. Light Olive Oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon light olive oil
8 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms, cut in half
2 garlic cloves, slivered
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Season frozen steaks with salt, pepper and steak seasoning.
Heat an oven- proof skillet with olive oil over medium high heat.
Sear the steaks on both sides for approximately 2-3 minutes or until nicely browned.
Transfer the skillet to oven and roast for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 125-°F for medium rare. *
While steak is in the oven, heat a skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil and butter. When sizzling, add garlic and sauté briefly. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
Remove steaks from the oven and serve with mushrooms with sauce on the side.
