New York Chop with Roasted Garlic & Oregano

½ Tbsp. Light Olive Oil
2 Fresh Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Oregano or 1 tsp. WFF Oregano
2 Fresh Limes
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and add olive oil. Sear the pork chops 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add the sliced garlic cloves and continue to cook until garlic is slightly golden.
Squeeze lime juice and add fresh oregano. Serve immediately with other lime on the side for additional lime flavor.
*USDA recommends cooking pork to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
