Lime and Ginger Baked Chicken Thighs

1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
5 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Zest
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. WFF Bad to the Bone Pork Seasoning, to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix salt, ginger, lime juice, lime zest, chopped garlic and olive oil.
Add chicken thighs and toss. Marinate for ½ hour.
Place seasoned chicken thighs in a rectangular dish, sprinkle with pork seasoning and bake for 35 minutes or until golden.*
Serve with steamed spiral-cut vegetables.
*USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
