Skip the thaw. Cook your USDA Choice Black Angus Beef Center Cut Sirloin Medallions straight from frozen in the air fryer, ready in 35 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
Black pepper, to taste
1 oz cold unsalted butter
LET'S GET COOKING!
1) Preheat air fryer to 400°F
2) Take steak straight from freezer, do not thaw. Spray both sides with cooking spray (we recommend tallow spray!) and season both sides of steak with salt and pepper (the cooking spray helps the seasoning stick to the frozen steak)
3) Place steak in basket and cook for 13 minutes
4) After 13 minutes, flip the steak, lower temp to 325°F, and cook 12 more minutes
5) After second cook, remove steak from air fryer, rest steak 5 minutes with 1oz of cold, unsalted butter
6) Slice and enjoy!!
