Honey Mustard Salmon
This salmon is a delightful blend of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors. The salmon is roasted to perfection with a mustard glaze and served alongside Moroccan grains and roasted cauliflower. It's an effortless dish that's sure to become a fall favorite.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons mustard, use whole grain or Dijon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat oven to 375 F
In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, mustard, garlic, Herbes de Provence Seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Lay salmon down on an oiled, parchment-lined, baking sheet and generously coat salmon with mustard mixture using a brush or the back of a spoon.
Bake salmon for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature at the thickest part reaches 145F on an instant-read thermometer. For a crispy top crust, broil for 1-2 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, follow the package instructions to heat Moroccan Grains with Vegetables.
Lightly steam the Cauliflower Florets and keep warm until ready to serve.
Serve salmon hot with heated Moroccan Grains with Vegetables
