Ground Pork Fried Rice | Wild Fork
A fast, satisfying way to use up leftover rice — Ground Pork, scrambled egg, and frozen vegetables stir-fried together for a takeout-style dinner at a fraction of the cost.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked, cold day-old rice
2 large eggs, beaten
3 green onions, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

LET'S GET COOKING!
1) Brown ground pork in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles, 5-6 minutes.
2) Push pork to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until just set.
3) Add frozen peas, and garlic; cook 2-3 minutes.
4) Add cold rice, breaking up any clumps, and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until heated through.
5) Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat everything evenly.
6) Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.
