Grilled Flap Meat with Soy and Ginger Marinade
For a tangy meal at a low price, this Grilled Flap Meat is perfect for a quick & easy weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS
- Marinade: 
- 3 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce 
- 2 tsp. Grated Ginger 
- 3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar 
- 2 Tbsp. Honey 
- 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped 
- 1 tsp. Salt 
LET'S GET COOKING!
- In a medium bowl, blend soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper. 
- Place flap meat on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in the soy sauce mix, cover and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes. 
- Heat grill to medium high and place the marinated steaks on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F-130°F.* 
- Let grilled meat rest for 5 minutes before serving. 
*USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
