Grilled Flap Meat with Soy and Ginger Marinade

INGREDIENTS
Marinade:
3 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Grated Ginger
3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a medium bowl, blend soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place flap meat on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in the soy sauce mix, cover and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat grill to medium high and place the marinated steaks on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F-130°F.*
Let grilled meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
*USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
