INGREDIENTS
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
Skewers
1/4 cup chimichurri sauce, for basting
LET'S GET COOKING!
1) Thread sausages, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
2) Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3) Grill 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes and basting with chimichurri, until sausages reach 165°F internal.
4) Rest 2 minutes.
5) Serve with extra chimichurri sauce for dipping.
