Grill Australian lamb rib chops with rosemary and sea salt for a simple, elegant dish that lets the natural flavor of premium lamb shine.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. Light Olive Oil
3 Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, chopped
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
LET'S GET COOKING!
Mix olive oil, garlic, chopped rosemary, vinegar, salt and pepper. Rub the lamb rib chops with seasoning and allow to marinate at least ½ hour.
Heat grill to medium high and grill meat 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare.* Remove from grill and serve.
*USDA recommends cooking lamb to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
