LET'S GET COOKING!
In a bowl, mix the ground meat with scallions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Place water in a small bowl and prepare working surface.
On a dry surface, place wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center. Close the wontons by dipping your finger in the water and moistening the two adjoining edges.
Continue to form wontons and place in a sheet pan lined with paper until ready to fry.
In a deep pot, place enough frying oil to have at least 2 inches. Heat until it reaches 375F or medium heat. Fry for 30-40 seconds or until golden. Using a slotted spoon, place on a paper towel to drain. Serve warm with your favorite Asia dipping sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds and scallions.
