Cajun Horseradish Top Sirloin Steaks

A classic cut complimented with a tasty Cajun Horseradish sauce, in this simple recipe that lets the beef speak for itself.
Steaks:
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Cajun Horseradish Sauce:
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. WFF Blackened Seasoning
¼ tsp. Paprika
WFF Coarse Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly Ground WFF Black Peppercorns, to taste
Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Season steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sear steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 125°F-130°F for medium-rare.* Cover with aluminum foil and let rest.
Mix all ingredients of Cajun Horseradish Sauce in a small bowl with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a small saucepan and heat until warm.
Serve steaks with sauce on the side and your favorite green salad.
*USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
