Brioche French Toast
Our buttery brioche bread soaks in just the right amount of egg for a delicious, fluffy French Toast. Top with powdered sugar and berries for a sweet start to the morning!
Our buttery brioche bread soaks in just the right amount of egg for a delicious, fluffy French Toast. Top with powdered sugar and berries for a sweet start to the morning!
(preferably a bit stale)
3 Large Eggs
½ Cup Milk
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Toppings:
1 Tbsp. Confectioner’s Sugar
2 Tbsp. Whipped Cream
½ Cup Fresh Strawberries
In a square or rectangular deep dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.
Preheat a flat griddle or non-stick 12” frying pan with non-stick spray to medium-low temperature.
Soak both sides of the brioche slices in the egg mix and place in the griddle or pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Place on a plate, dust with confectioner’s sugar and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh strawberries on the side.
