Beer-Brined Roasted Chicken Wings

1 Tbsp. WFF Bad to the Bone Pork Seasoning
Beer Brine:
¼ Cup White Vinegar
2 Cups Water
24 Oz. Beer
¼ Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Salt
1 tsp. WFF Oregano
1 Tbsp. WFF Granulated Garlic
2 Tbsp. WFF Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Mix brine ingredients in a glass bowl and place chicken wings in the brine. Cover and marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven 375°F. Spray a roasting pan with non-stick spray.
Pour brine out, pat the wings dry, and place on roasting pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
Turn wings on the other side, sprinkle pork seasoning and ground peppercorns on top and continue to roast for 15-20 more minutes.* Skin should be crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to a platter and serve hot with your favorite wing sauce.
*USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
