Beer-Brined Roasted Chicken Wings | Wild Fork
Brine chicken wings in beer before roasting for extra-juicy meat, golden crispy skin, and bold flavor in every single bite.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Coarse Black Peppercorns
Beer Brine:
¼ Cup White Vinegar
2 Cups Water
24 Oz. Beer
¼ Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Salt
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
LET'S GET COOKING!
Mix brine ingredients in a glass bowl and place chicken wings in the brine. Cover and marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven 375°F. Spray a roasting pan with non-stick spray.
Pour brine out, pat the wings dry, and place on roasting pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
Turn wings on the other side, sprinkle Smoky Pecan Seasoning and ground peppercorns on top and continue to roast for 15-20 more minutes.* Skin should be crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to a platter and serve hot with your favorite wing sauce.
*USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
