Avocado and Lobster Tartine

2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ Jalapeño, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
Lemon Zest, to taste
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
Fresh Cilantro for garnish
Fresh Lemon Juice
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, lemon zest and jalapeño. Add chopped lobster meat and cilantro.
Cut the baguette into diagonal pieces 3 to 4” wide. Slice each piece horizontally down the middle and toast the baguette slices.
Spread some avocado mash on the toast and top with lobster salad. Squeeze some lemon juice on top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
