We source our Black Angus cattle from Nebraska and Colorado, two states known for producing the highest quality Black Angus cattle available. We partner with small family ranchers who practice traditional slow-feeding. Slow-feeding gives these cattle ample time to develop generous amounts of marbling, which differentiates Black Angus from other cattle. Over time, the breed marbles naturally and abundantly which creates extraordinarily rich layers of complex, buttery beef flavors.
