Skinless Barramundi

Also known as Asian sea bass, Barramundi is a succulent white fish with sweet, buttery flavor and firm texture, similar to snapper or striped bass. Whether grilled, baked, broiled, poached or pan-seared, this versatile fish pairs well with a variety of flavors and can be seasoned with anything from simple herbs and spices to more complex sauces and marinades. Our Barramundi is rich in healthy omega-3s, raised without hormones and antibiotics, and largely free from mercury, since they don’t feed on other fish. Sourced from the only Fair Trade-certified supplier of Barramundi, these fish are farm-raised off the coast of Vietnam in the gorgeous Van Phong Bay and harvested humanely using the traditional Japanese ikejime method, which maintains the quality of their meat. These skinless Barramundi fillets are then hand-cut and blast-frozen within hours of harvest.
