Schaller & Weber Knackwurst is based on the original plump sausage of northern Germany. In the traditional style, each sausage is generously stuffed with pork and beef, then smoked over natural hardwood for a one-of-a-kind flavor. Great on its own, but even better as part of a traditional Wurstplatte. Each sausage is fully cooked and ready to heat up either on the stove or on the grill.
