Our Scottish Rock Crabs have sweet, delicate white meat in their claws and rich. Its versatile white and brown meat can be used in loads of delicious recipes – from crab cakes to crab pasta or eat them simply raw with a tasty parsley and lemon butter. We source our Scottish Rock Crab Claws from the Atlantic Seas in Scotland and we catch them in a sustainable, very traditional method called ‘potting’ method, which is a low-impact method that doesn’t disturb the sea bed and targets only the species they are aiming for. Fully cooked and ready to eat, simply boil them in hot water to heat them up for a couple of minutes and enjoy them in your favorite way.
