Since they’re thin and boneless, you can keep a few in the freezer for quick, easy dinners – either on their own or incorporated into a recipe. Their composition and fat content mean you can just toss them on the heat with salt and get a delicious meal without trying too hard. USDA Choice is the second highest-grade beef that we offer, with a little less fat marbling than Prime but still plenty to work with. Choice is very nice quality meat, particularly when cut from the loin and rib areas. At Wild Fork Foods, we predominantly source our beef from Colorado and Nebraska, where the cold weather attracts some of the best-quality English and continental breeds, such as Angus, Hereford and Limosime. Close proximity to these states guarantees that our cattle enjoy high-quality feed year-round.
