This very lean, very flavorful thin eye of round steaks makes a mean roast beef. Sear it on a high heat or let is slow roast in the oven. Either way, you're in for a tasty dinner. Or try them breaded and pan-fried, like the traditional Argentine Milanesa (a spin on the Italian “Milanese”), which calls for these eye of round steaks instead of the more traditional top round steak. USDA Choice is the second highest-grade beef that we offer, with a little less fat marbling than Prime but still plenty to work with. Choice is very nice quality meat, particularly when cut from the loin and rib areas. At Wild Fork Foods, we predominantly source our beef from Colorado and Nebraska, where the cold weather attracts some of the best-quality English and continental breeds, such as Angus, Hereford and Limosime. Close proximity to these states guarantees that our cattle enjoy high-quality feed year-round. This product is blade tenderized.
