What's the difference between Pasture Raised and Grass Fed?
True grass-fed systems keep the cattle on grass for the entire length of their lives, rotating the herd to different areas as they chew through their meals. Whereas Pasture-raised animals receive a significant portion of their nutrition from organically managed pasture and stored dried forages. In comparison to 100% grass-fed cows, pasture-raised cows may receive supplemental organic grains, both during the grazing season and into winter months.
What is the difference between wet-aged and dry-aged?
Dry-aging is when whole beef cuts are hung in open air at a temperature just above freezing and left over age for several weeks. Dry-aging slowly dehydrates the meat. All of our meat is wet-aged for 17 days to preserve moisture and increase tenderness to give you the most unique eating experience ever.

What does the use-by date on your packaging mean?
Depending on the product, our packaging may have a “use-by”, “best before” or "sell-by" date. The "use-by" and "best before" dates refer to the final day that a product will be at its optimum freshness, flavor, and texture.The “sell-by” date is the last day a retailer can have the product on display on a store. It’s important to us to never sell products that aren’t at their peak freshness.

How can I track my order?
We like to keep things easy so if you placed an order, we sent you an email with your tracking number. Check your inbox and click on the tracking number to find out the status of it! You can also track it through your account page.

We offer FREE In-Store Pickup, Same Day Scheduled Delivery and Next-Day Delivery. Add as much as you’d like to your order. Our Same and Next-Day Delivery are fixed shipping fee of $9.95.

Do I need to be at home to receive my Wild Fork Foods™ package?
Nope! No need for that. Let us know your preferred delivery window and and we'll drop your order off at your doorstep.
When can I pick up my order?
If you’ve selected in-store pickup during the checkout process, you can select any time that’s convenient for you. (While we’re open, of course!) We’ll start prepping your order one hour before your selected time.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes! We love being part of your celebrations. Just place your order with the information of the person who will receive the shipment and we deliver it to them. The best part is that our boxes are uniquely designed so they’ll get a beautiful gift-box without any extra cost.
Can I specify a time I’d like my order to be delivered?
Use our Same-Day Delivery option to select from our 3-hour delivery windows: 9 am to 12pm, 3 pm to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 9pm.
Can I delay my order pick-up?
Sure, that’s why we offer a 3-day grace period. We'll keep your order until the 4th day after your purchase is placed.
How can I see my order online?

Can I get a refund for an online purchase in one of your stores?

Orders can be cancelled within 59 minutes of being placed. Please call 1-844-936-2428 before then to cancel your order. In-store orders can be canceled before your scheduled pickup time.
Can I exchange a product for something else?
If you are not happy with your product, we can refund your money back and you can purchase a new product of choice. We do not offer exchanges as all of our items are perishable.
