What's the difference between Outside Skirt Steak and Inside Skirt Steak?

Outside Skirt Steak is a popular meat cut praised for its rich fat marbling, tenderness and flavor. This is a very favorite cut among Argentinians, who also know it as "entraña". On the other hand, Inside Skirt Steak comes from the flank and is thinner, leaner and narrower than its outside counterpart.
What's the difference between Pasture Raised and Grass Fed?
True grass-fed systems keep the cattle on grass for the entire length of their lives, rotating the herd to different areas as they chew through their meals. Whereas Pasture-raised animals receive a significant portion of their nutrition from organically managed pasture and stored dried forages.
In comparison to 100% grass-fed cows, pasture-raised cows may receive supplemental organic grains, both during the grazing season and into winter months.
What is the difference between wet-aged and dry-aged?
Dry-aging is when whole beef cuts are hung in open air at a temperature just above freezing and left over age for several weeks. Dry-aging slowly dehydrates the meat. All of our meat is wet-aged for 17 days to preserve moisture and increase tenderness to give you the most unique eating experience ever.

How do you pack the products?
We strive to be the best at what we do, from catering any meat cut you desire to carefully hand-pick your selection of items, and deliver them to you as you were purchasing yourself.
We have carefully engineered our bags and boxes to keep each product frozen, using insulated coolers and pre-packed dry ice to ship your order.
We don't do replacements for damaged orders in transit.

How can I track my order?
We like to keep things easy so if you placed an order, we sent you an email with your tracking number. Check your inbox and click on the tracking number to find out the status of it! You can also track it through your account page.
What do I do if my order arrives late?
We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but understand things happen outside of our control.
If your order arrives late, we recommend checking the internal temperature of any meat that isn't frozen solid and immediately discarding anything that isn't at a safe temperature. In accordance with USDA Freezing and Food Safety Guidelines, meats that are refrigerator cold, partly frozen (solid), or frozen can be placed into the freezer for later use. You should immediately discard any meat that’s above 40°F or meat that is exactly 40°F that may have been so for more than 2 hours.
If any of your items don’t meet these guidelines, please let us know at talk@wildforkfoods.com so we can make this right.
Once I placed my order, when will it be shipped?

How do variable weight products work?
The price of individual products may vary based on weight. We Pre-authorize your credit card at the max weight until your order is picked and we know the exact weight. Your credit card will only be charged for the actual weight of the product.
Price estimate: $18.17 = ($12.98/LB X 1.4LB)

Do you offer gift options?
Yes, we do! Get as many products as you want and on the checkout make sure to click on the "Gift" option box, leave a message and we'll take care of the rest.

If you’ve selected in-store pickup during the checkout process, you can select any time that’s convenient for you. (While we’re open, of course!) We’ll start prepping your order one hour before your selected time.
Refund Policy
Does Wild Fork offer replacement orders?
If your order was damaged in transit or lost by our delivery carriers, Wild Fork does not offer replacement of orders, instead our Customer Care team can process a partial or full refund on the items damaged or lost per our return policy.
This is mainly due to the variability in product weights, and our ability to repick products weighing the exact amount of your initial order.
What's the gift card policy?
You may present the gift card to pay for products at any participating Wild Fork Foods store location. This gift card is not redeemable online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash Wild Fork Foods reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

General Terms
The terms and this agreement are governed in all respects by the laws of the Florida, notwithstanding any provision of law or choice of law rule which may require otherwise. If you and we have any dispute which cannot be amicably settled, it shall be settled by submission to the federal courts in Florida, and you hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts ("Jurisdiction").
If any provision this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining terms shall be enforced, with the invalid or unenforceable provision deemed modified to the least extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while encompassing the intent of the terms. Any failure to act on our part with respect to a breach of any term does not waive our right to act with respect to a continuing, subsequent, or similar breach.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under the terms, and any attempt to the contrary shall be void and of no effect.
Can I get a refund for an online purchase in one of your stores?
You can return from the comfort of your own home. Wild Fork Foods has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within ninety (90) days. All returns, whether made in-store or online, are subject to this Return Policy and to approval by Wild Fork Foods. Wild Fork Foods reserves the right to deny a refund request in violation of this Return Policy.

For all other returns, if you do not have your receipt, our team will attempt to look up your purchase using the email and/or phone number given at the time of purchase (if any) or by credit card number.
