This versatile cut is our thin grass-fed variety that can be simmered in a nice sauce, sliced thin for a stir fry or pan-seared with some good seasoning. Our grass-fed program features only USDA Choice Graded Grass-Fed Beef. Sourced exclusively from Nebraska, a state renowned for having the highest-quality cattle breeds in the country, our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle never receive grain, animal by-products, antibiotics, or added hormones. Nutritious grass-fed beef is high in beta-carotene, vitamin E, B-vitamins, thiamin, riboflavin, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vaccenic acid. Grass-fed beef is rich in antioxidant vitamins, minerals, and health-promoting fats, some of which are linked to reducing the risk of cancer and heart disease. And finally, grass-finished beef contains less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and few calories.
