Our sea scallops are wild-caught, sourced from the USA and Canada and frozen within 24 hours of hitting the dock to ensure peak freshness. They have zero chemicals, are 100% natural, and are jam-packed with protein. Cook quickly at high heat or throw them on the grill until meat is an opaque white with a firm, lean texture. They sear and carmelize very easily due to natural sugars which give them a mildly sweet flavor. Friendly tip: do not microwave as they can explode!
