Wild Fork Foods has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within ninety (90) days. All returns, whether made in-store or online, are subject to this Return Policy and to approval by Wild Fork Foods. Wild Fork reserves the right to limit refunds in violation of this Return Policy and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. For EBT returns, the original receipt is required. For all other returns, if you do not have your receipt, our team will attempt to look up your purchase using the email and/or phone number given at the time of purchase (if any) or by credit card number. Shipping costs and service and delivery fees are refundable for lost or damaged orders in transit and other carrier related issues.
All returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Purchases using Wild Fork Foods gift cards may not be returned for cash or credit. If you do not have your original gift card, we will issue your refund on a new one.
