Prime Black Angus New York Strip Steak, thawedQty 1.5 Lbs.
Blackened Seasoning1 bottleQty 1 tsp.$4.98

Fresh Thyme, choppedQty 1 ½ tsp.

Light Olive OilQty To taste
- Preheat grill or pan to medium-high temperature. If using a pan, add 1 tsp. olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix seasonings together. Coat New York Strip Steaks lightly with olive oil and season both sides with seasoning. Sprinkle Himalayan Pink salt and thyme on top.
- Place steaks on the grill or pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.*
- Remove from grill, tent with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
