Instructions

  1. Mix sesame seeds in a bowl and place on plate. Press tuna steaks on sesame seeds, coating well on each side.
  2. Place an iron skillet or sauté pan over high heat. Add olive oil. Place tuna steaks on skillet and sear for 20-30 seconds on each side.
  3. Slice and serve with ponzu sauce. Garnish with scallions.
