Instructions
- Mix sesame seeds in a bowl and place on plate. Press tuna steaks on sesame seeds, coating well on each side.
- Place an iron skillet or sauté pan over high heat. Add olive oil. Place tuna steaks on skillet and sear for 20-30 seconds on each side.
- Slice and serve with ponzu sauce. Garnish with scallions.
