Instructions
- Cut semi-thawed tuna steaks in ¼ “cubes. Place in a bowl and mix with sesame oil, grated ginger, Mirin, Ponzu, scallion and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a cookie cutter or ring in the center of a plate. Spoon some tartare inside the ring and press gently to form a disk. Lift sides.
- Place avocado slices on the side.
