  • For Steaks:

  • Beef Top Sirloin Steaks, thawed

    2 lbs.
    Qty 1 ½ lbs.
  • Light Olive Oil

    Qty 1 Tbsp.
  • Granulated Garlic

    1 bottle
    Qty To Taste
  • Butcher’s Salt & Pepper

    1 bottle
    Qty To Taste
  • For Caramelized Red Onions:

  • Large Red Onion, thinly sliced

    Qty 1
  • Butter

    Qty 1 Tbsp.
  • Freshly Ground WFF Black Peppercorns, to taste "

    1 bottle

  • Coarse Sea Salt

    1 bottle
    Qty To Taste


  1. Season steaks with Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, granulated garlic and olive oil. Heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Grill or pan sear steaks quickly for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.*
  2. In a medium sized saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add sliced red onions and cook, stirring often until caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve steaks with red onions on the side. *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
