Instructions
- Season steaks with Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, granulated garlic and olive oil. Heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Grill or pan sear steaks quickly for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.*
- In a medium sized saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add sliced red onions and cook, stirring often until caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve steaks with red onions on the side. *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
