Recipe:Top Sirloin Steak

with Radicchio and Dill Dressing

  1. Season steaks with Butcher salt and pepper, granulated garlic and olive oil. Heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Grill or pan sear steaks quickly for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Tear in large pieces the radicchio and green lettuce leaves. Wash and dry with paper towel. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, fresh dill sprigs, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with steaks on the side. *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
