  • Light Olive Oil

    1 Tbsp.
  • Butcher’s Salt & Pepper

    To taste

  • Head of Fresh Radicchio 

    Qty 1
  • Head Green Leaf Lettuce

    Qty 1
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    ½ Cup
  • Fresh Dill

    2 Sprigs
  • Lemon Juice

    2 Tbsp.
  • Butcher’s Salt & Pepper

    To taste

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper, granulated garlic and olive oil. Heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Grill or pan sear steaks quickly for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.*
  2. Tear in large pieces the radicchio and green lettuce leaves. Wash and dry with paper towel. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, fresh dill sprigs, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with steaks on the side.
    *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
