WF Lemon Pepper, to taste
Fresh Asparagus, thin
QTY ½ lb.
WF Coarse Sea Salt, to taste
WF Pepper Trio with Onions

Preheat oven to 450F. Coat a medium-sized sheet pan (11”x 17”) with non-stick spray.
Scatter Pepper Trio on sheet pan. Place Haddock Filets with Butter pucks on top of scattered peppers. Toss Asparagus Spears in olive oil and season with lemon pepper. Place around fish.
Roast for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 F. *USDA recommends cooking fish to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
