WF Scarlet Shrimp (head and shell-on), thawed

Coarse Sea Salt

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Unsalted Butter
QTY 1 Tbsp.
Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

Fresh Parsley, chopped

Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat olive oil in a large iron skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and cook for 1 1/2 minute per side.
Add butter and garlic to shrimp. Stir until coated and transfer to a platter.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
USDA recommends to cook seafood to an internal temperature 140 F.
