Recipe:Pork Back Ribs with Smoked Pecan Wood Rub

With a tasty bite from our Smoked Pecan Wood Rub, and meat that is tender and juicy, this is one BBQ recipe with no sauce required.

Serves 4



  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Brush olive oil on the ribs.

  2. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and rub on the ribs.

  3. Line a sheet pan with foil and place the seasoned ribs. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover.

  4. Broil or grill for 1-2 minutes for a charred finish.

  5. Remove ribs and serve. *USDA recommends cooking pork to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
