Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Season frozen steaks with salt, pepper and steak seasoning.
- Heat an oven- proof skillet with olive oil over medium high heat.
- Sear the steaks on both sides for approximately 2-3 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Transfer the skillet to oven and roast for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 125-°F for medium rare.
- While steak is in the oven, heat a skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil and butter. When sizzling, add garlic and sauté briefly. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
- Remove steaks from the oven and serve with mushrooms with sauce on the side.
