Recipe:New York Chop with Roasted Garlic & Onion

With little required to unlock their punchy flavor, these tender chops pair wonderfully with simple garlic and onion. Serves 2 - 4.


Serving Size


  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet to medium heat and add olive oil. Sear the pork chops 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the sliced garlic cloves and continue to cook until garlic is slightly golden.
  4. Squeeze lime juice and add fresh oregano. Serve immediately. *USDA recommends cooking pork to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
