- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, ginger, lime, thawed garlic and olive oil.
- Add chicken thighs and toss.
- Place seasoned chicken thighs in a rectangular dish, and bake for 45 minutes or until nice and golden.*
- Serve with steamed spiral-cut vegetables. *USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
