Serving Size


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Butcher’s Salt & Pepper, ginger, lime, thawed garlic and olive oil.
  3. Add chicken thighs and toss.
  4. Place seasoned chicken thighs in a rectangular dish, and bake for 45 minutes or until nice and golden.*
  5. Serve with steamed spiral-cut vegetables. *USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
