Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix salt, ginger, lime juice, lime zest, chopped garlic and olive oil.
  3. Add chicken thighs and toss. Marinate for ½ hour.
  4. Place seasoned chicken thighs in a rectangular dish, sprinkle with pork seasoning and bake for 35 minutes or until golden.*
  5. Serve with steamed spiral-cut vegetables.
    *USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
