- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix salt, ginger, lime juice, lime zest, chopped garlic and olive oil.
- Add chicken thighs and toss. Marinate for ½ hour.
- Place seasoned chicken thighs in a rectangular dish, sprinkle with pork seasoning and bake for 35 minutes or until golden.*
- Serve with steamed spiral-cut vegetables.
