  • Canned Garbanzo Beans, drained

  • Canned Kidney Beans, drained

  • Medium Onion, chopped

  • Green Bell Pepper, diced

  • Frozen Garlic - Dorot

  • Jalapeno, thinly sliced

  • Beef Broth

    Qty 2 Cups
  • Tomato Puree

    Qty 1 1/3 Cup
  • Coarse Sea Salt

  • Chili Powder

  • Butcher’s Salt & Pepper

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and green pepper and cook, stirring constantly for a few minutes. Add beef and continue to cook, breaking up beef while cooking. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add garbanzo and kidney beans, garlic, jalapenos, tomato, beef broth, tomato puree, salt, chili powder, cumin and Butcher’s Salt and Pepper. Cover, lower the heat and continue to cook slowly for 20 minutes.* *USDA recommends cooking ground meats to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F.
