Recipe:Grilled Flap Meat with Soy and Ginger Marinade

Serving Size


  1. Blend soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Marinate steaks for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium high.
  3. Place the marinated steaks on the hot grill and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Add 2 minutes on each side for medium.
  4. Let grilled meat rest for 5 minutes before serving. *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
