WF Peeled and Deveined Raw Shrimp (preferable 16-20) QTY 1 package
Wooden or metal skewers for Grilling
QTY 6-8
Olive Oil
QTY 1/3 cup
WF Blackened Seasoning
QTY 1 Tablespoon
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Limes, cut in half

Sprinkle of fresh herbs to garnish
Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and seasoning and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Skewer several shrimp on metal skewers.
Heat grill to medium high and place shrimp on hot grill. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until it loses transparency.
Remove from grill, squeeze lime juice, sprinkle with herbs and serve on a tray as appetizer.
